Biography

I was born in Mantova, Italy and lived in various countries in Europe.I grew up Italian mother tongue but also learned French fluently. I started playing soccer at 5 years old. We moved to the United States when I was 12 years old and I joined the Florida Rush U13 team and played there for their Nike teams for the next  4 years.

During these 4 years I was chosen to play for the Nationwide Rush select team twice, participating in the Presidents Day tournament in Phoenix. I also participated in the Region III Premier League 3 times once being leading scorer and once coming 3rd in scoring. I have been to the Region III ODP trials twice and selected to the pool team my first year and the Region III team the second. I was also given the opportunity to travel to Buenos Aries and train with the Estudiantes professional team.

In 2011 Rush invited me to Colorado to try out with their U16 Development Academy team and I was selected for the team. In 2012 I was also invited to attend Shattuck Academy in Minnesota. In both these cases I had to decline these opportunities as they required relocating outside of Florida which was something our visa did not allow. I have subsequently become a permanent resident of the US and can relocate anywhere.

In High School I was selected to the Lake Highland Preparatory School varsity as a freshman. We had a successful year and ended up as State runner up. I was the leading scorer for the team, something no other freshman has achieved and was awarded the “golden ball”. As a sophomore I was once again leading scorer on the team and this year I have been selected as the first “junior”captain of the men’s soccer team. We had another successful season reaching the State "Final Four" and once again I was the team's leading scorer
